365 Days, 365 Opportunities

It is 1st January and social media is flooded with new year wishes, quotes, resolutions, images of a rocking night or a great new start. All positive and all happy, and world over everyone is celebrating the beginning of a new year, more so a new decade.

One quote on LinkedIn particularly spoke to me- “365 days, 365 opportunities. Amazing isn’t it ? We celebrate the beginning of a new year as a new opportunity, yet day is spoken of as ‘just another day’.

Of course, there are many more than 365 opportunities in a year (or none depends on how one sees it). Every moment is an opportunity- an opportunity to do something new, to change, to refresh, to love, to give and to create, build, dream, act...the list is endless.

For the sake of quantification let's say 365 opportunities. And amidst these many many opportunities as we move forward, we also learn something new or refresh something forgotten, get new knowledge and/ or new information, hone a skill, become more aware.

We could also say we get wiser or grow ?So 365 days-365 learning opportunities.

I believe learning is continuous process, and every day is a school day. This blog is all about living everyday life and how every day we have endless opportunities to learn and grow.

This blog is also about how I am learning every day. It is about how small everyday stuff can give us amazing lessons and bring a shift in our thought process, help us grow. This blog is about taking and making the time to reflect and gain from experiences.
